Traci McDuffie was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, but raised in Marietta, Georgia. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Wake Forest University where she attended on a full academic scholarship (Joseph G. Gordon Scholarship). Traci then received her Juris Doctorate from Washington College of Law at American University in Washington DC. While pursuing her legal degree, she worked for a year at Cisco Systems supporting senior counsel.

In 2005, Traci joined SAP and served as a Senior Contract Specialist within the SAP Legal Department where she wrote and negotiated software and service contracts for the SE/SW regions. In 2008, she transitioned to her current role as Proposal Manager where she assists account executives in creating proposals and marketing material for new and existing customers.

Outside of work, Traci frequently volunteers her time helping high school students with the college admission process. In addition, she also enjoys volunteering for Habitat for Humanity.

Traci and her husband, Daniel McDuffie, have one son, Grant, and a dog, Mello.
