Lisa Anderson Smith is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. Her gifts of encouragement and service fostered the desire to encourage and counsel teenage girls, and through the efforts of educating her own daughter in the importance of modesty, purity, and stewardship, she founded the Elite Women of Excellence Mentoring for Success Program. As Executive Director, Lisa is active in developing strategic initiatives and oversees the management and overall direction of the organization.

Along with her current role in the organization, Lisa is a homemaker and teacher as she has home-educated her children for the past 19 years. Additionally, she has served in leadership roles for a host of church, athletic, academic, and civic organizations.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia where she graduated cum laude.
