Deborah Butler is a Quality Assurance Managing Consultant with IBM who has volunteered her time serving the community since 1990. Deborah is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Leadership from Luther Rice University. She holds an MBA Degree from Texas Woman’s University and a B.S. Degree in Computer Science from Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA.
