Crystal Holmes Stephens, a St. Louis, Missouri native, received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. She earned her Masters of Business Administration Degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Crystal’s professional career includes 17 years with IBM where she held a variety of sales, marketing, and executive positions. She also worked as Executive Vice President of Sales for Monster.com where she led efforts to capture new and emerging global market opportunities.
Crystal is a member of the Northwestern University Alumni Association Admission Committee. She has been a repeat speaker for the National Black MBA Association and the National Sales Network. Crystal has also been a host of technology segments aired on Lifetime Network and the NBC Affiliate in Atlanta.
